Maybe this is your first time stepping onto a yoga mat?
It doesn't matter to us, all are welcome on our Yoga for Beginners course.
Become confident with your yoga practice over the space of 4 fun & exploratory classes on our comprehensive course.
We truly believe that the only way to start this amazing discipline, is with the highest standard of teaching, in the best environment!
Throughout our 6-week course, you'll be part of a small group of other dedicated students, discovering yoga in a fun and safe space.
The practice builds week-by-week, providing a solid foundation of learning, and allowing you to develop confidence, build technique and see first-hand the benefits of regular practice.
Led by highly-experienced and popular teacher Trudi Powell, this in-depth Beginners course will teach you the fundamentals of yoga, ensuring you are instilled with confidence after the course.
We'll help you build your confidence from the very first yoga session!
And by the end of the 4-weeks, you'll be in a great position to attend any of our Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow yoga classes at The Wellbeing Space, and practice safely and confidently at home.
