Perhaps you've dabbled in yoga before, but have never found your groove?
Maybe this is your first time stepping onto a yoga mat?
It doesn't matter to us, all are welcome on our Yoga for Beginners course.

Become confident with your yoga practice over the space of 6 fun and exploratory classes.

We truly believe that the only way to start this amazing discipline, is with the highest standard of teaching, in the best environment! 

Throughout our 6-week course, you'll be part of a small group of other dedicated students, discovering yoga in a fun and safe space.

 

The practice builds week-by-week, providing a solid foundation of learning, and allowing you to develop confidence, build technique and see first-hand the benefits of regular practice.

We'll help you build your confidence from the very first yoga session!

And by the end of the 6-weeks, you'll be in a great position to attend any of our Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow yoga classes at The Wellbeing Space, and practice safely and confidently at home.
