Physiotherapy for the over-50’s aims to keep you active, out of chronic pain, and away from pain killers for good! Physiotherapy is an ever-popular treatment for those wanting to stay away from medication and surgery or as a means of rehabilitation following an injury or operation.

We can help you with:

Musculoskeletal Pain

Shoulder & Elbow Issues

Upper & Lower Back Pain

Arthritic Symptoms

Neck Pain

Headaches & Dizziness

Whiplash Disorders

Physiotherapy encompasses rehabilitation, injury prevention and a promotion of health and wellbeing specifically for those 50+.

In many cases, an injury or issue can be caused by other underlying lifestyle or health factors.

This treatment employs a holistic approach to each client, looking at your lifestyle, current overall health and wellbeing aims. After all, age really is just a number.
