As well as plenty of new additions to the 30-minute classes, we’ll be introducing some hour-long versions, too.


Use the Wellness Living booking system and you’ll earn redeemable points that can be used against all our classes and therapies.

This 30-minute class uses a mixture of bodyweight resistance and a variety of weights to get your heart pumping, improve muscle tone and increase strength.
