Designed for busy lives, our ever-increasing range of 30-minute classes means you do have time to make a difference and feel better. Whether your goals involve strengthening, toning or simply clearing your mind, we can help.

As well as plenty of new additions to the 30-minute classes, we’ll be introducing some hour-long versions, too.

Use the Wellness Living booking system and you’ll earn redeemable points that can be used against all our classes and therapies.
