I believe help and support should be available in a non-judgemental, safe and supportive space, whether that be online in your own home or face to face. In order to provide face to face sessions I have partnered with The Wellbeing Space, Lion and Lamb Way, Farnham, GU9 7PY where we can meet in person should this be the preferred option.
