NEW TO OUR STUDIO CLASSES?
Welcome to Farnham's boutique Studio. If you’re not sure which Pilates or Yoga class you might enjoy or benefit from the most, then why not try our New Class Client 2-week Class Pass (for just £30).
Enjoy a fortnight exploring any - or all - of our Yoga and Pilates mat classes. We have something for everyone, for all abilities and all experiences - whether you're new to classes, or have been doing doing them for decades.
And don't worry if you don't have a mat or yoga/Pilates equipment. We provide you with a sanitised one at the studio, along with extra disinfectant wipes for your peace of mind. If you'd feel more comfortable to bring your own mat, then you're most welcome to bring yours along.
Once you see how awesome our teachers are - and hear from our regulars about their health and wellness transformations - then we'd love to welcome you onboard as a regular client.
Each time you visit the Studio, you’ll earn redeemable points through WellnessLiving - our class booking system.
Points can be used against all our classes, some courses and workshops, our wellbeing shop, and for discounts off some treatments too!

Our popular in-person classes remain the best way to ensure that your welfare and happiness are still taken care of - with the watchful eye of our expert team.

How? We've capped our class sizes to just 7, so you'll get 1:1 attention during the class, really get to form a bond with your fellow attendees, and help keep each other safe.

I love this place!
I have taken to Yoga to restore some mobility, tone and flexibility to a body that is somewhat short of being a temple! The teachers have been fantastic and are very encouraging and enthusiastic and very happy to suggest adaptations for people like me who can't always accomplish the full text book postures...yet. The building and facilities ooze history unlike the sterile gyms I could mention and the staff are always helpful and welcoming. I live close enough to walk there but there is extensive parking just opposite. 5 stars from me!
